Site information, access, utilities and foundation requirements inform the construction plan. We help coordinate the relevant site professionals and local construction partners.
Manufacturing partner & supply coordination
We coordinate standardized building components with manufacturing partners. Panelized homes and ADUs use site-assembled components; prefabricated pods follow a different module-based approach.
On-site assembly & project coordination
Delivery, foundation readiness, assembly sequencing and trade interfaces are considered together, with scope and responsibilities established for each project.
